א"ל אביי לרב יוסף ואת לא תסברא דשומר אבידה כשומר חנם דמי והא אמר רבי חייא בר אבא אמר רבי יוחנן הטוען טענת גנב באבידה משלם תשלומי כפל ואי ס"ד שומר שכר הוי אמאי משלם תשלומי כפל קרנא בעי שלומי
